2019 8th International Conference on Chemical and Process Engineering
(ICCPE 2019), Bali, Indonesia, April 25-27, 2019
Welcome to the official website of ICCPE 2019. Chemical engineering is a branch of engineering that applies physical sciences (physics and chemistry), life sciences (microbiology and biochemistry), together with applied mathematics and economics to produce, transform, transport, and properly use chemicals, materials and energy. A chemical engineer designs large-scale processes that convert chemicals, raw materials, living cells, microorganisms and energy into useful forms and products.
In a scientific sense, a chemical process is a method or means of somehow changing one or more chemicals or chemical compounds. Such a chemical process can occur by itself or be caused by an outside force, and involves a chemical reaction of some sort. In an "engineering" sense, a chemical process is a method intended to be used in manufacturing or on an industrial scale (see Industrial process) to change the composition of chemical(s) or material(s), usually using technology similar or related to that used in chemical plants or the chemical industry.
The primary goal of the ICCPE 2019 is to promote research and developmental activities in Chemical and Process Engineering. Another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working in Indonesia and abroad. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in Chemical and Process Engineering and related areas.
2019 8th International Conference on Chemical and Process Engineering (ICCPE 2019) is the premier forum for the presentation of new advances and research results in the fields of Chemical and Process Engineering. ICCPE 2019 will bring together leading researchers, engineers and scientists in Chemical and Process Engineering from around the world.
